The following are the terms and conditions dealings with us of our website and services and by registering with us and/or making a purchase you are agreeing to be bond by them. We may change these from time to time by updating this page.
1. Orders
No contract shall exist between you and Unique IQ Ltd (“Unique IQ”) until Unique IQ has sent you an e-mail or telephoned you confirming acceptance of your order.
Specifications of goods being ordered should be checked carefully by the customer to ensure they will meet their requirements before an order is placed as Unique IQ will not be liable to exchange goods that have been ordered incorrectly. Unique IQ is entitled to withdraw from any contract in case of errors or inaccuracy regarding the goods or the order appearing on the site. Unique IQ reserves the right to alter prices and specifications at any time should it be necessary to do so.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate. Prices do not include delivery if applicable. Delivery charges are also included for orders that need shipment.
3. Payment
All prices are in pound sterling and subject to the delivery charges noted above. All goods must be paid for in full before activation / dispatch. Secure on-line payment may be made by VISA, Switch, Mastercard, Solo and Delta. If you prefer not to use SecPay for your credit card transactions please telephone to arrange direct payment. Cheques will be accepted but goods and services will not be processed until payment has cleared. Goods and services remain the property of Unique IQ until paid for in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are given as an estimate.
All goods ordered may be collected from Unique IQ, Units 2-4 Little Forge Road, Park Farm, Redditch, Worcs, B98 7SF, please arrange this when placing an order. Alternatively, a nationwide delivery service is available via a national courier. Please note accurate postal codes are required for courier deliveries.
All deliveries made via courier must be carefully checked and signed for as Unique IQ cannot be liable for any damages or shortages if goods have been signed for as received in full and in good condition.
5. Returns
You can return any of the goods received to Unique IQ provided they are unused and in their original condition and packing or packing of similar quality and protection to prevent damage in transit. Any items should be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Unique IQ does not use a freepost service for returned items. Delivery and insurance for returning items to Unique IQ will be at the expense of the sender. Unique IQ will refund or exchange the cost of the goods but is unable to refund the delivery charge for dispatching the goods. Unique IQ will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the Company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 You acknowledge that Unique IQ own or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this web site and the business of Unique IQ (including the structure design and layout of the web site) and assert all such rights worldwide.
8.2 You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these terms and conditions. You must obtain Unique IQ prior written consent before you use the web site or any part of it in any other manner.
8.3 All persons, individual and corporate, are prohibited from providing hypertext or other links to the iqtimecard.co.uk web site, from their own web site or from a third party’s web site, without our prior consent.
9. Liability
9.1 Unique IQ attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free.
9.2 Unique IQ does not accept liability for any errors and admissions and reserves the right to change information, specification and description of listed goods, and products at any time.
9.3 Unique IQ does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by virus or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
9.4 Unique IQ does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site, or any failure to complete a transaction.
9.5 Unique IQ does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of use of the web site for any products or services purchased from the web site.
9.6 Unique IQ will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

10. General
10.1 This Agreement does not confer or purport to confer on any third party any benefits or any right to enforce any term of this Agreement.
10.2 Unique IQ will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control.
10.3 Time shall not be of the essence in the performance of this Agreement.
10.4 If for any reason any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
10.5 The terms and conditions and contracts between you and Unique IQ shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
