UniqueIQ launches test product of IQTimecard.
After months of development work following market analysis and feedback from key clients, the test version of IQTimecard has been launched.  We’d like to thank all those companies who took part in our research and for their valuable and constructive comments that has enabled us to develop a time & attendance system that meets the market requirements.

Trial Period going well
Testing and trial versions of the product are working well and thank you to all those customers and clients that are taking part in the trial period.  It has been a worthwhile exercise to ensure that all is working as it should and we are now working on the updates and amends that have been fed back to us during this time.  More news to follow soon.

Launch date is nearly here
It has been a busy few weeks but all the updates and amends are now completed and we are getting ready for the launch of the system in a few weeks time.  This will be a soft launch with only current customers who have been helping in the trial period will be the first to go live and we look forward to your continuing feedback and support on the system.

New user interface created
Following feedback from clients who have been using the system we have now launched the new look and feel interface.  This is more in line with the UniqueIQ colours and has a new home page and reports section included.  The home page now has summary information in graphical form to make it easier at first glance to check hours worked in the previous seven days, along with quick links to who is logged in and logged out of the system.  We have also now added in some reports for you to run with more to follow so we’ll be in touch.

Customisation added as standard
Clients can now benefit from having the system customised to their own branding as standard.  You can also now have your own telephone number with recorded details of your own company brand for employees to use.  From feedback received employees are now used to the system of dialling in when they arrive for work and dialling to log out and it is becoming part of their working routine.

April 09
New website launched
We have re-launched and re-written the IQTimecard website.  This new look and feel website gives more emphasis to the IQTimecard product as well as being linked back through to the UniqueIQ website for further information on all of our products & services on offer.  We have a new Partner Resource area where all clients can find details of our knowledge base, along with industry white papers and news articles and updates to help them get the most out of the system.

Full scale launch of IQTimecard
Following the soft launch earlier this year we are now ready to launch IQTimecard on a full scale sales & marketing campaign. After some more market research on the industries that are looking for a time & attendance system such as IQTimecard we are confident that the companies we will be speaking to will welcome the new system and recognise the savings in both time & money that IQTimecard will offer them.

IQtimecard - Mobile
IQTimecard is offering hardware to clients as an option to the software only service.  Some of our customers have remote or lone workers and we recognise the importance of ensuring that these employees are safe in their workplace.  A small handheld system will be introduced with an SOS button that clients can press.  There will be an emergency dial in option only so that contact can be made with the employee if this button is pressed to find out if everything is ok.

Latest Developments

IQTimecard’s development team is currently developing and testing a new location service so that employee’s using mobile phones can be tracked.  This will mean that any sales team or contractor/employee can be queried at any time or at set time intervals.  You can therefore find out where your employees are when you need to phone them or maybe divert them to another location, i.e. they are currently driving on the M25 so can’t answer a phone or you have a job nearby that they can pick up en route.
