“We started using IQTimecard in July 2009. Previously, my employees would fill in paper timesheets and fax them over to me to collate all of the information.
What has impressed me most is its accuracy and its ability to stop people fiddling. Within a month of the system being set up, three cleaners left which showed that they’d been dishonest, logging the hours but not working all of them.
We’ve got between 65 and 70 cleaners so it is saving myself and the lady who deals with our payroll a lot of time. I have to log on to the system every day to maintain it, but that only takes me about 20 minutes, and because I do that myself, our payroll lady is free to get on with other tasks.
I estimate that IQTimecard has reduced our man hours by about 40 per cent, which gives me extra time to go out and win more contracts.

“I’ve been using the IQTimecard since it first became available two years ago. It’s the best thing I’ve ever invested in as it’s saving me and my company so much time and money.
The cleaners used paper timesheets before it was introduced and I soon found out that people had been stealing time from me and the client. Overall, I think IQTimecard is a fabulous product which I’d recommend to anybody. Its accuracy and ability to stop time theft has certainly helped us to win new customers.”
